I am a freelance translator working from French, Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, and Spanish into English and certified by the American Translators Association for translation from French to English. My translation expertise spans the fields of biomedicine, pharmaceutical sciences, public health,
and international health and development. Prior to becoming a translator, I worked in both health research and communications consulting.
I have translated documents for a variety of top-tier translation agencies, Fortune 500 companies, non-governmental organizations, and multinational public-private partnerships.
I am an active volunteer with the South Carolina Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), serving as a member of the MRC Region 3 Steering Committee; last year, I represented the MRC on the South Carolina Pandemic Influenza Task Force. I frequently donate translation and project management capacities to Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF-USA).
In my spare time, I enjoy reading books in multiple languages and spending time with my wife and two young children.
